“I would never use them again, placed my order on November 21st, delivery due within 5-10 working days. Got my items only on December 23rd!!! After chasing my order numerous times.”

Hi Francesca, From speaking with my colleagues, I understand there was a product that was out of stock within our starter kit, this inevitably delayed the shipping of this order. This was due to the product being discontinued by our supplier and unfortunately us being caught unaware of this situation. For that I can only apologise. However I understand you were kept informed regarding this situation and the order notes we have reflect that you said you were happy to wait? We are making a revision to this starter kit to avoid any future delays. Best regards Chris

“I hadn’t come across Exotic-Pets before, and I was very impressed. I phoned to check that they had stock of the Black Beauty stick insects and the lady explained that although they did, they wouldn’t despatch if it was too cold. I thought this concern for the welfare of the animals was excellent. They arrived safely a couple of days later, in perfect condition and very healthy. Will definitely use this company again.”

“Excellent service, 100% delighted. The 3 Bearded Dragons I purchased were delivered by courier fit and healthy with no problems at all on an agreed day. I was kept informed of the progress of dispatch throughout and offered professional advice on care for them including appropriate housing and diet. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”

“They let themselves down initially but came good eventually voucher took nearly 2 weeks to be dispatched then they had to send it first class after I had emailed them twice about it”

Hi Debbie, Firstly let me apologise for the time your order has taken to reach you. We are currently moving to a larger premises and have stock and staff split over two locations. “I ordered a Leopard Gecko, she was delivered within the week. She is lively and friendly, absolutely brilliant addition to our family. I did have an enquiry when she was delivered, I contacted the team and they responded very quickly with alot of good information. I highly recommend Exotic-Pets to everyone, brilliant service and customer basis. I hope to use them again in the future.”
