“I have used this company many many times and each time has been outstanding. I have never ever had any complaints and every animal I have purchased has been healthy. They are all well packaged with heat pads for winter transport to keep them warm. The prices for their stock is also exquisite as is the courier price. Will always go to this website for my reptile needs :)”

“1st time I've ordered from you guys, arrived as said, product was excellent, all I can say so far is great stuff, got exactly what I needed and at the same price that saves me going out to Pet Store. I'm sure Tess the Tortoise is chuffed too. I'll defo be a regular now. Nice 1.”

“Highly recommended. I have bought tarantula spiderlings and cute baby Bullfrog all in excellent condition and well packed. Very helpful and nice to deal with. Reasonable prices too. Marion.............”

“Have bought two frogs from the site in my time. Both arrived very quickly and we're very healthy and in good condition. Bought live food which also arrived swiftly and very few dead insects compared to other places I have bought from. Great company. Nowhere better online.”

“Very happy with mantis I ordered. Delivery was quick and I wasn't in so his was left with warden as per my note. Mantis is smaller hand I thought but can't wait to see it grow. Would definitely order from here again and I recommend it.”

“Excellent service, before, during and after purchase. I had loads of pre purchase questions, that were answered promptly and advice given. I arranged for collection and received excellent service and advice and I have also contacted them since the purchase and received the same high service. “The item I wanted was out of stock, and exotic pets contacted me promptly to arrange a replacement. The delivery was fast, and well packaged. The items were great, fantastic quality, better than I expected. Definitely would recommend.”

“Fantastic..... Purchased Siamese leaf toed Gecko, good advice given from Exotic 5 plus star service Delivered by courier, Gecko well looked after personally by the courier over night and during trip (thank you Mr Courier) had call night before delivery and given an approx arrival time (arrived at time stated..brilliant as was a long trip to Hastings) will buy from again no problem and use the courier service, worth paying for Had the Gecko for a week now settled in well thanks MD Hastings”
