“Pretty poor, sadly. I ordered a UVB light. For ages my order status simply said “awaiting dispatch” but I couldn’t get an update from the company. Eventually they write saying it would be delayed and offered me a refund instead, which I accepted. I sourced the light elsewhere. Then they delivered the light to me anyway so o have to return it, which they expect me to pay for. During all this time they don’t answer any emails. Really disappointing customer service and I will avoid in future.”

“Very poor communication, i had to contact the company 4 times before i got an email from them, there was a delay in my shipping, and i got not email to update me what was going on or what happened. Just very poor communication, i won't be ordering from them again.”

“You sent me the wrong order should have been 2 boxes of locusts and 2 boxes of crickets other than that I was happy at the speed they came but up set they were all locusts ????”

“Excellent service. Prices are good. Can't go wrong. The lady over the phone for my live lizard order made sure everything was setup correctly before going ahead with my order. She also managed to get some more lizards ordered in time for my own delivery to save me paying double postage. Fast and kind service!”
