“Ordered hatchling starter set with wooden vivarium for my new corn snake and received the basic set. Customer service was quick to respond and very apologetic, they sent the correct product along with a return label for the incorrect one without fuss. Correct product arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted. What really makes a company is how they respond to a problem and exotic pets were a pleasure to deal with!”

“Baby Tarantulas arrived safely, well packed and safely delivered by Royal Mail. It was just before Easter and Exotic pets added a nice touch by putting a small bag of mini eggs into the box. It's little things like that, that make customers smile. We were also please with our babies they are lovely and good value, a King Baboon Sling for £6 - Bargain and they were a good size as well.”
