“Their website was clear and easy to use. Very easy to make my purchase and pay. I was very impressed when they called me to let me know they were going to have to delay the delivery due to the horrible snow. This is very understandable when it comes to sending live tarantulas and feed. They also answered any questions I had. When my delivery arrived it was packaged well, the tarantula was healthy and active. Very happy and will buy from them again.”

“My order arrived well packed and, with the heat pack inside, the contents arrived none the worse for their journey. The price was very agreeable, and all I have to do now is make sure I give four tiny spiders all the care they need to become four healthy adults.”

“My daughter has wanted an orchid mantis for some time. I clicked for updates as to when these would be available. I ordered one for her as soon as they had some. Exotic pets have excellent customer service and support. They keep in touch if there is any issues regarding your order such as weather delays etc. Always very helpful. My daughter is over the moon with her latest praying mantis!”
