“A good and fast service, my green bottle blue tarantula is very cool and likes to eat. My girlfriend did buy a Honduran Curly from you for my birthday in February but sadly it died 2 months later. I don't know why.”

“Ordered hatchling starter set with wooden vivarium for my new corn snake and received the basic set. Customer service was quick to respond and very apologetic, they sent the correct product along with a return label for the incorrect one without fuss. Correct product arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted. What really makes a company is how they respond to a problem and exotic pets were a pleasure to deal with!”

“Ordered two baby White's tree frogs. One of them was green, plump, lively, healthy and loves to eat. The other was brown, very skinny barely moved at all and refused to eat. It died within five days.”

I'm sorry to hear of you losing one of your frogs, but if you were unhappy with any livestock you had received from us, it would have been best to contact us immediately after purchase. This would have given us chance to address any concerns, answer any questions, and to look over any husbandry techniques being used. The point regarding the frogs colour; brown and green frogs. Is effected by light intensity, temperature and humidity levels. It is not a reflection of the animals health. We take great pride in the quality of animals we provide our customers and would never knowingly ship out any animals that were unhealthy. “Baby Tarantulas arrived safely, well packed and safely delivered by Royal Mail. It was just before Easter and Exotic pets added a nice touch by putting a small bag of mini eggs into the box. It's little things like that, that make customers smile. We were also please with our babies they are lovely and good value, a King Baboon Sling for £6 - Bargain and they were a good size as well.”
