“Brought some live feed, powder supplements and custodians (woodlice). They came quickly, all alive and kicking, when I rang the shop to ask for keeping advice they were very good and pleasant too. Would definitely use again for feed etc”

“Ordered disinfectant, it arrived leaking ,sent photos and emails ,the emails from customer service were awful ,one saying im suprised it leaked through the plastic bag ,then asking which end of the bag had it leaked from ,it felt like they were questioning my integrity, not once did they offer to replace it despite photos i sent showing it arrived in a soaking box and leaking in the plastic bag .appalling service, needless to say i will never buy off them again”
