“I ordered a scorpion in the morning on next day delivery before 1pm. It arrived on time and probably the best packaged and labelled invert I have ordered from any seller. The scorpion was and still is in great condition. The order form and checkout were without problem and seller communication was perfect...Well done exotic pets”

“I'm a novice in the world of Tarantulas, but Exotic-Pets shared their expert advice and guided me through my online order. It arrived two days later, just in time for my son's birthday, who has been so looking forward to his new 'pet'. The look of JOY on his face was priceless. “The locusts and calciworms arrived ok but the pinkies were defrosted and ended up in the bin! Lady not very helpful when I called to say parcelforce had tried to delivery but I missed them by 20 minutes but expected it the day before as they state next day delivery and I ordered on the Tuesday night so next day is Thursday which I stayed in for, but they tried to deliver on a Friday no tracking available with parcel force so you don't know what time they are coming, didn't leave with neighbour or anything and couldn't collect as it was miles away from the depot”

Thanks for leaving a review Tracy. The order was sent out well within our estimated dispatch time and we did send out a dispatch email the day before the delivery, which you confirmed you had received. Tracking information is sent at the same time of the dispatch email and updates at every process for you to monitor. You also confirmed receiving a text message from our courier and that you had a further message from the courier to confirm the order was out for delivery the next day. As you were absent for the delivery, despite being well informed it was on its way, the frozen goods were unfortunately received spoiled and due to their perishable nature, we declined to replace them. I’m sorry you were unhappy with this decision but we did feel we had done everything possible to help you with your order. In the future, it is absolutely necessary to make yourself available when you know frozen goods are due to be delivered on the first attempt. If you’d like to discuss this matter further, please call Chris on 01246 568390.

“I ordered some tarantula slings from these guys and having never ordered tarantulas online before, plus never using this site I was a little nervous about how it would turn out. However I couldn't of been happier with my order, the slings were nicely packaged and all still alive, the delivery was quick and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone I know. Will definitely be using this site again. Great company 👍”

“I did my first order from Exotic Pets for multi mammates for my Royal Python. They arrived when they were due. They were still frozen on arrival and they had been packed very well. The snake seemed to enjoy them for its dinner! Will definitely use them again 😊”

“My son's crested gecko arrived before his special day and everything was pristine. In his own words "She is absolutely stunning and everything came in perfect condition. I named her Lotus and she was jumping when I put her into her vivarium; she seems to be very healthy which shows excellent husbandry. I am so very thankful to exotic pets for the quick delivery. they were so very helpful with all enquires I had. I would just like to say thank you for my new pet!" Thank you for making my little boy so happy and we look forward to being continuing customers.”

“Excellent service. Pets were dispatched quickly and arrived when expected. My son now has two African land snails which he absolutely loves. Going to get some for me and daughter so will be ordering again soon. Will definitely recommend to all friends and family 🐌🐌”

“These guys are brilliant! I don't live close-by but always order over the internet. My products are always well packed and arrive in great condition. Delivery is always in good time. More importantly, the staff are so knowledgeable. They really do know their stuff and are always willing to chat over the phone to answer any questions or worries you may have about products or creatures! I won't order from anywhere else even if I do live hours away!”

“Website is easy to navigate and order from. The pictures are clear with good product descriptions and handy advice sheets. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but when I called to ask when my order would arrive, a helpful lady explained the delay and an accurate delivery date was provided. My only complaint is that the product ordered is not perfect. I ordered an enclosure for a praying mantis, but the screw lid does not prevent fruit flies from crawling from the enclosure into my room. The tiny flies manage to walk round the screw shape and out. Slightly frustrating! The mantis is safe however and the product looks good.”

“I think is a great website to order exotic animals and equipment, I've ordered a tarantula beginner kit set complete on Monday 21st and it arrived on the next day Tuesday 22nd so not only the projects come in good condition they arrive very quickly as well i deffently recommend buying items from exotic pets, love it.!!!!!”
