“Came well packaged! And very quickly! And all alive! unfortunately I got some micro crickets not realising how micro they are, which is my own fault, I would 100% recommend exotic pets to other buyers”

“Been trying to get a refund / exchange on 2 UVB bulbs for over a month now. After the first two promising / prompt responses the site is now completely ignoring my emails. Only good thing about this website is the access to insects in varying quantities and sizes.”

“Over the moon with my beautiful little African bullfrog , stunning and in perfect health. Communication was brilliant and they were extremely helpful. The delivery man was also fantastic, kept me up to date with what time he would deliver and my little one arrived safely. So pleased with my new froggy”
