“You sent me the wrong order should have been 2 boxes of locusts and 2 boxes of crickets other than that I was happy at the speed they came but up set they were all locusts ????”

“Excellent service. Prices are good. Can't go wrong. The lady over the phone for my live lizard order made sure everything was setup correctly before going ahead with my order. She also managed to get some more lizards ordered in time for my own delivery to save me paying double postage. Fast and kind service!”

“I have made many orders from Exotic pets which have consisted of Frogs and toads and live food. I have always been pleased with the service and quality of the live food. All the frogs and toads which I have purchased from Exotic pets have always arrived safe and well and have been in excellent health. I have never had a problem when ordering from this store. I will definitely always use Exotic Pets and recommend them to people.”

“I recently ordered a pair of fire salamanders and it was my first time buying let's online. I was worried it wouldn't feel very official and I would press a button and a few days later some pets would turn up. However, this was not the case; after submitting my order I got a phone call giving me a mini quiz and I was given the opportunity to ask questions. This made it feel much more official and felt I had been better prepared and checked than buying from a shop in person. In the future I will buy from exotic pets rather than a local shop.”
