“Great service, very quick to dispatch items and to respond to my queries. Also had no quibbles when I asked to return my items due to wrong sizing (my error) and refund me so I could buy the correct items. They even said to keep the old items and requested I donate them to a shelter! 10/10 would recommend”

“Lovely friendly helpful staff and brilliant delivery service. We unfortunately only had our first stick insect survive two days. So the only thing I’d say is please enclose a car leaflet. goggling information is not as good as listening to first hand experts. Mr Sticky number two is now thriving well thanks to excellent advise.”

Hi Alison, care sheets are available on most of the animal product pages on our website, plus we are happy to give advice over the phone or by email. However, we will also be providing feeding cards with all animals starting in 2019. Thanks Chris

“Would love to rate higher, but there was a distinct lack of communication on Exotic-Pets behalf. I waited almost a week for my order to ship, and it only shipped because I asked to find out what was going on. Turns out one of the items was not in stock, a replacement was offered so that my order could finally be shipped. Would have been nice to know either before or slightly after ordering that an item was not available, but suitable replacements had been found. Otherwise, I have no idea how long my order would have been waiting for the correct item to be delivered before finally being shipped. Besides that, everything was in order and I will most likely use them again if I need to order similar products :)”

Hi Sarah, Apologies for the short delay in dispatch. We were sadly let down by a supplier and we received stock much later than expected. Based on customer feedback, there will be some changes being made in 2019. Best regards Chris

“I have ordered a lot of tarantulas from exotic pets , boxed and labelled as they should be, especially If you have a live animal. and if they need a heat pad, very secure package, and always on time with order. And other good things they give a description whether it's good for beginners which with other inverts shops is not always stated.”
