“After some extensive research online for exotic pet retailers, I came across exotic-pets.co.uk. I was pleasantly surprised with the wide scale of knowledge they have along with a wide selection of (well looked after) animals for sale, all within very reasonable prices. placing my order was very easy and straight forward and, the courier charge and service for delivering livestock was definitely in my opinion! extremely reasonable. at first I was a little worried as to how easy I found it purchasing my leopard geckos. ie (being vetted) but, I received a very polite phone call from Karen, the day after placing my order, to check what sort of set up I had waiting for them . as someone who use to bread leopard geckos years ago, I still had my set ups so, Karen was more than happy I knew what I was doing and that I was not just some random moron buying animals they dont have a clue about. I received my geckos the following week as, my purchase was made after the Tuesday cut off for same week delivery. I have had geckos settled in for a week now and I could not be happier. they were already healthy when I received them but they are absolutely thriving and have very good appetites. I am more than impressed with the level of service from Karen and I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of purchasing to buy with confidence”

“Ordered a pac man frog and arrived on a Thursday lady I spoke to was very helpful called me to double check I have all the correct equipment to take care of the frog correctly also was willing to help answer my queries. Only bad side was the delivery service they use , the driver who called was rude however exotic pets them self where excellent”

“It was great to find a card for my grandson on this site. He has a leopard gecko and I wanted a card with one on. Found the perfect card for him. It can be used as a picture for his wall afterwards. Great service and arrived very quickly.”

“Had a bit of an issue. I ordered a vivarium as is was advertised as in stock! Got the item eventually (around 2 weeks late) and also as i had asked for a refund that was ignored. Sorry but won't be using again. Surley 'in stock' means in stock!!”

“Great selection of items for my lizards and tortoise. The Arcadia Earth Pro A and CA are top quality products and really competitively priced. The Arcadia dragon fuel and flower boost are great treats. The turtle block is huge and great value. No problems ordering from Exotic Pets. Great pricing, top quality specialist items for my range of reptiles. Speedy dispatch. Will be back.”

“I've bought 3 leopard geckos, a bearded dragon and a marbled salamander from Exotic Pets and they've all be happy and healthy animals. Clearly looked after from start to finish and the courier is timely and the animals spend the least amount of time in transport which means less stress for them and is fantastic. The communication and service with Exotic Pets is fabulous and very friendly. Can't recommend this company enough for their animals, wellbeing of them and their services. Thank you!”

“Easy to register and order. Called store to check on my order as this was the first time I had used them. The lady was very friendly and helpful explaining how the process worked. I received a text saying my order was ready to collect visited the store which was stocked with everything you would need for your reptiles. Excellent will be a repeat customer.”
