“It was my first time buying an animal from a company online and got a bit confusing but Karen kept me on track and my little River Toad showed up on time, heat pack still nice and cozy, healthy and adorable. Settled in nicely and eating like it's going out of fashion. Very happy with the experience and my toad. Even happier that his cuteness wasn't included in the price! Will definitely be back✌️”

“Love this place, although I have only ever ordered online but service is fantastic. Quick straight forward and I don't have to worry about whether they have my products in because they always have. I now have stopped going on out of my way for pet shops that may or my not have what I want. I will not go anywhere else.”

“After placing an order for a tarantula sling I waited a little while before receiving it as the weather was very cold and they would not send it under these conditions (and rightly so..!). When the weather warmed up I got a dispatch notification and the sling arrived the next day, perfectly packaged and very healthy. They were quick to respond to my email, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them and will hopefully be back again soon...!”

“I'm so happy with all the equipment I ordered from Exotic Pets, the hatchling reptile set has created the perfect environment for my baby Cornsnake and I am so grateful that this purchased allowed me to bypass some of the stress about setting up his enclosure for the first time! “I started buying live feed for my husband's spiders when our local pet shop closed down due to the restrictions imposed by the government because of the Coronavirus pandemic. I have been impressed with the amount of crickets etc in the tubs, delivery usually within a couple of days. I would highly recommend Exotic Pets for all your exotic pet needs”
