“Extremely happy with the delivery my bearded dragon was safe and well looked after excellent customer service over the phone very helpful and polite the only thing I would have liked is a copy of my pets certificate when it was born and sex”

“Order 3 Mantids. One Blue Malaysian and 2 Budwings. Order placed online and delivered as suggested. All 3 Mantids arrived safely. Absolutely in love with them. One is called Blue and the two Budwings called Bert & Ernie. We will be ordering more. Thank you so much. Definitely would recommend anyone to this site, it’s brilliant.”

“I had been looking for a snowflake whites tree frog for some time with no luck. I was a little hesitant to order a frog online but I was more than pleasantly surprised. The ordering was extremely easy but you can tell that Exotic pets really care about the animals that they sell. I had a phone call to arrange delivery and while on the phone was asked some questions to make sure that the frog would be going to a suitable home. Whe my frog arrived he was well packaged with a little heat pack. He was happy and healthy and is a beautiful little frog. I would definitely recommend Exotic pets and woukd definitely use them in the future. BRILLIANT service from start to finish.”

“I bought my husband a king snake last month the lady on the phone was amazing even though I kept asking questions it was delivered the following week as said he came well packaged and a list of when he’d eaten and what to feed him he’s lovely and growing fast will definitely use again thank you”

“Many thanks for the wonderful service from all the advice before purchasing, during and after. Our African House Snake, Zues and White Tree Frogs Stitch and Angel were delivered in the most caring, loving way and were stress free on arrival, love the wee heat pads and they were still warm doing their job on arrival way up in north of scotland so pets nice and cosy on arrival, they've settled in amazing Zues shedding, pooing and eating amazing, wee frog duet are the most stunning healthy happy froggies eating and pooing great. Thank you for the most stunning, healthy, happy additions to our family, would highly reccommend.”
