“Booking our latest trip to Morocco was very easy with good advice over the phone. This is our fourth trip with Exoticca (Turkey, Vietnam/Cambodia, and South Africa) and we have had nothing but great experiences at a price which is consistently unbeatable. Local tour companies deliver travel, transfers tours and in our experience provide outstanding service and great local knowledge. Airport meet and greet can be confusing at times but we have never been let down. Hotels are always of a good standard but sometimes on the outskirts of towns. Flights are good value and often indirect so choose carefully at the point of booking. We are experienced travellers historically organised travel independently but we could not achieve the price point or the range of places on offer for the price that Exoticca offer. Communication is undertaken primarily through their app, which for us is not a problem.”

Some people may have had issues but complaining about having to take your luggage down yourself is a bit much!
I have done five trips with them... Brazil & Argentina, Costa Rica, Cambodia & Vietnam, Namibia and just a couple of weeks ago to Japan.
I have found them helpful, especially when the friend I was supposed to go to Costa Rica with pulled out, and great value. The trip to Japan was great. It was self guided with passes and tickets given on arrival and included tours too
If you expect to be taken everywhere by coach and have a tour guide with you all the time then book with another company. Read the itinerary and what is included properly and make your decision.
I wouldn't have used them for so many trips if they weren't good.
We had the same guide all the way through in Namibia because there is no other way than road to get around and the roads are rough! Some amazing hotels included and our guide was great.
In my opinion Exoticca is a company that offers great value for money.
It is most certainly not a scam.”

“We have just returned from an 11 day tour of Peru with Exoticca. It was brilliant from start to finish. Booking process was easy, helpful staff, follow up was good too.
The tour itself was amazing, transport was of a good standard, clean and safe. The guides were really good, passionate about their country, helpful and with really good English. Various languages in some cases. We were only a little disappointed with one of the hotels which was 40 minutes walk outside Cuzco. We booked charm hotels which were fine but there is a superior option.
We can not recommend the tour highly enough.”

great so would definitely go again. Wanted to avoid transit through Miami as it is a notoriously busy airport and was switched to Dallas Fort Worth which was much better.
