“Just returned from the Peru, Ecuador, The Amazon and The Galapagos trip. A great experience creating many great memories. In a touring group of 16 with British, Americans and Canadians. Very well organised with Exoticca personnel always there to navigate and steer us - who may have been a local tour provider but they had been selected well and were extremely knowledgeable. We chose “Superior” accommodation which we were very pleased with. I feel some of the internal flight connections could have been better organised, a couple of occasions we had 9 or 10 hour travel days for a one hour flight, simply because of local traffic issues and waiting at airports. The couple of evening meals that are additional options ended up being very hurried as traffic in both Peru and Ecuador delayed return to hotels after the excursion during the day - these evening meal options I felt did not give the experience that was sold. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable trip. The guides were excellent and all the locals we met were charming and friendly.”

“Our trip to South Korea was well worth the cost and very good value for money. We were kept informed up to the time of our departure of updates to our booking so we had no concerns. Our guide was a lovely young guy who stayed with us for the whole of our trip. The only issue we had was that his pronunciation of English words was not always easy to interpret. The itinerary was a perfect mix of history and environmental. We particularly liked the visit to Palace on the first day where we arrived in good time to see the changing of the guard and their traditional and colourful uniforms. Our guide should have shown us where to stand to get a good view of the ceremony long before he did so by the time he did, the crowd was already 4 to 5 people deep and being short, it was difficult to get a good view which was a little disappointing. We also enjoyed the visit to the Wetlands, the traditional village and the Bamboo garden as well as visiting Temples and Buddhas and two cable car trips! We were really pleased that we paid for the optional trip to the DMZ zone as well as it was one of the highlights of our visit as was a walk round the street market! This is an amazing trip ideal for anyone looking to learn about the history, traditions and environment of South Korea.”

“This was our second trip with Exoticca, and again everything went off like a dream!
This time we went on a ten day trip to the Western Balkans and thoroughly enjoyed it. The guide Olsi was excellent, probably one of the best we've ever had, and the trip itinerary was very well thought out and put together. Great hotels, spacious with good breakfasts, the journeys were sometimes long but always comfortable with many breaks along the way to stop and see and learn about the countries and their history. We wondered if moving on each day would be bothersome, but not at all. Everything was made so easy for us. I would definitely recommend, with the caveat that for the less mobile, Dubrovnik can be tricky in the rain (though our guide helped some in our party to overcome any obstacles that presented to them).
