Local staff on the ground in the countries we have visited were also very professional, good and punctual
Make sure you have Wifi or a data package for Whats App, as this how they communicate abroad, otherwise you may miss any contact from local tourist staff
Once you have booked your trip, we have found that you cannot look to contact the person you may have spent quite some time on the phone with when booking the trip any more, and you have to be put through to someone in customer services. It would be nice if you could speak to that person again, as we found that customer service were not always the best at getting back in a timely fashion if you needed to speak to someone or had any concerns.
However, we believe that overall the trips provide pretty good value for money, and are well organised, although some of the additional trips you might want to consider can seem a bit pricey!
It's also worth considering other airlines rather than the ones that are included in the initial price (generally the cheapest they can find and may well not be direct flights) and Exoticca can help you with that too. We always prefer a direct flight where possible, and it's also worth checking these out independently before booking to see what's available.
