“Mehmet, our tour guide, conveyed a fantastic knowledge of Turkish treasures, history and archaeology to our group whilst on the coach and when visiting sites. He was also highly organised, to ensure our full coach group were packed up with early breakfast to miss the traffic jams and be at sites at the best times, and very entertaining to keep our attention at relevant points on long coach journeys. In spite of balloon flight cancellations due to adverse weather in Cappadocia, he managed to secure a booking at Pamukkale for all those interested. He certainly lived up to his nickname of Mehmet the great!
Credit also goes to Ferit, our driver, who always kept us comfortable and safe. He knew the best routes, including to avoid Istanbul’s bridge jams and he brilliantly manoeuvred the coach through some very narrow streets and congested coach parks.
Overall, we saw everything we expected to see and more and can recommend this trip.”

“Very easy to book. Can't easily be beaten on price. Delivery is as per itinerary. We like the free time usually offered. We are many time users of Exoticca and had one occasion to complain about hotel quality - we apparently agreed to disagree but were offered a token voucher. It hasn't stopped us using Exoticca.”
“We booked a holiday for three people with Exoticca. Two days later a friend said she also wanted to come. I phoned Exoticca to add her to the booking. We were told this was not possible and we would have to cancel and rebook. We did take out Exoticca's cancellation coverage and at the time of original booking asked if any charges would be involved if we had to cancel for any reason. We were told the full cost of the holiday would be refunded in Exoticca credits. However, this proved not to be the case and we were informed that cancelling and rebooking would cost a total of 617 pounds. This information should have been highlighted at the time of booking and it was not - it makes the cancellation coverage much more costly than it appears.”

Hotels were very well located and spotlessly clean, although a couple of them could have done with some refurbishment as the rooms were a little tired. Very good excursions and guides. “Just come back from Malaysia with Exoticca,, it was absolutely fantastic, our guide Jen was wonderful and full of information..our trips were well worth it and we were kept busy,, hotels were all fine, clean and a good variety of breakfast too,, however our hotel in Damai Beach should be taken down from the Exoticca itinerary,, aswell as all very run down and needs lots of maintenance applying,, could be a risk factor for some!
This is our first negative about Exoticca,, but otherwise we throughly appreciate how all this trips are managed well and the flights etc at such a great price 🥴”
“The price was excellent. The hotels were good but breakfast at the Si hotel was a real bun fight. I personally found the trips at the start of the week to be rather repetitive as there are only so many old ruins that I can look at. While the guide was very pleasant, he had a tendency to forget that the average age in our group was around 75 years, he would gallop off and the tourists sometimes struggled to keep up. Our original flight was cancelled and we encountered some issues with wizzair regarding the alternative flight. That being said I would highly recommend exotica”

Service levels were great at every stage and the price very competitive.
Group was 38 people which I thought might be too large, but the guide managed it very well and there were no issues at all.
