I’m now with exoticca in istanbul. Extremely disappointed of my experience so far. They give me a wrong schedule, never been fixed my problem. Very poor communication. Looks like they don’t care. This will be my last trip with them

I usually don’t write reviews but in this particular case I like to express how unsatisfied I am with Exoticca customer support; my family and I booked a tour to Turkey for next month and decided to get Superior to Luxury hotels package and Exoticca is not meeting this expectation. I’m aware that 4-5 stars hotels In Istanbul are not the same quality that we have here in the USA that is why we are paying more money for a luxury hotel. Well they are putting us in a 4-5 stars hotel instead of superior -luxury hotel; I explained to them that I already stayed in that hotel in the past and I we had a bad experience with they service and food quality but Exoticca is insisting that this is a superior quality hotel and I know for fact that is not. So at this point they are rather to have unhappy travelers instead of trying to accommodate them in a different hotel, clearly they don’t care about the wellbeing of their customers and only wants our money. We are staring on the wrong foot and I will keep you updated on how the whole experience goes. DO NOT pay extra money when you make your booking because you will get the same quality as everyone else.

Made a booking today and paid in full but is saying I still owe £100. I phoned to enquire why and was informed someone would call me back and never received a call. What is the point in confirming a price and agreeing to pay in full when they add more afterwards but can't explain it?

Impossible to get through to customer services, they do not answer the phone, and when we finally got through on the same morning we made the booking, we were not able to upgrade level of hotel selection, which seems illogical as it's more income for the travel company. Now awaiting a response to my email, promised within 5 days. There appears to be no "back office" supporting this travel company. This makes me very concerned about their ability to deliver what is promised in the itinerary.

First of all gave us wrong itinerary for trip in Jordan and Turkey and still haven't sent it. Also our trip includes flight from Jordan to Beirut then on to Turkey. We feel it is not safe to fly to Beirut. Gov say no Travel to Beirut but company brush aside our concerns. We feel unsafe going there. Does anyone know if it is allowed to have stop over in Beirut

Just finished 11 days in Turkey, the wonders of Anatolia. The long hours of travelling on the coach from one town to another is too much. The night mare started when the tour company told our tour guide that the tour will stop immediately because exoticca did not pay the tour company in Turkey. The tour campany said that we need to sort it out with exoticca to sort the problem. We called exoticca and money was sent to the tour company. We don't need this.

Good trip, negligent support when something goes wrong. Never refunded us for an excursion they agreed to cancel. Stranded us in a foreign country costing us around 1k in lodging and airfare and offered us a $50 voucher as compensation. We booked a trip to costa rica. Cant say enough good things about that part. The excersions were nice transportation was a breeze. The app and website was great. We loved our hotels. The only problem we had was when Aeromexico caused us to miss our flight in Mex City and tried to charge us full price to rebook the next flight. We reached out to exoticca emergency support and they promised solutions then ghosted us MULTIPLE times. We ended up having to figure it out ourselves in a foreign country where we dont speak the language. Exoticca promised they would rebook us on the next flight and all we would need to do is pay any price difference and any rebooking fee. The promised to call us and message back more the 4 times after i reached out and to this day I have never gotten the promised response from support. I reached out to exoticca to ask them to cover the price difference between the full priced flight we were forced to purchase and the lower price it would have cost them to rebook us through aeromexico as they promised they would do. Exoticca admitted that they saw the evidence that we had been abandoned by their staff and offered $50 CREDIT on their website for the "inconvenience" Additional issues: We cancelled an ATV tour and they agreed to refund 50% of the cost and we never got it. I would never book exoticca again since, despite the great trip, they abandoned us in a foreign country promising resolutions that never came then offered an insulting resolution. The only resolution i will accept is them to issue a check payable to me for the difference in our full priced flight and their rebooking cost, 2 nights lodgings plus meals (the amount of time we waited on their promised resolution). I have had 2 holidays with Exoticca and both have been good value - for the price, I would not expect to have first class hotels and the organisation was acceptable. HOWEVER !!!! Exoticca cancelled my booking for another holiday and you would have thought that it would be a simple matter to obtain a full refund of the amount that I paid. I have e mailed them 4 times and telephoned 3 times and have still not been refunded. I also need to be refunded for an excursion that did not happen on my last trip with them, but there is no sign from Exoticca that they are willing to refund any of my money. Be aware that if you have to have any of your money refunded ...... best of luck !!
