“Website was easy to navigate, and products were of reasonable price and quality. Sophie was very active in communication and helpful throughout the order revision process which made the process very smooth. “Express Promo were wonderful to deal with. Great communication and very helpful. The School branded library bags that we ordered came quickly and look fabulous! We have also used them for branded pens and had a great experience with them during that process too!”

“Service good, communication good. Pens look very classy. The only negative was in the fine print, advertised as 99 cents each & free postage but wasn't until I reached the checkout that GST of $8 was added.”

There was confusion with the order on both ends, and Sophie & Abbie worked tirelessly to make sure we were happy, reprinting some pens at no charge to us.
