“I would like to say a huge thank you to Express promo. Their communication via Sophie, Customer Care, regarding my artwork was prompt and easy. I needed the pens quickly to include with the favours for my daughter's bridal shower. They arrived on time and I was kept updated on the delivery. My daughter was so surprised with the lovely personalised pens and our guests were amazed with the quality of them also. I would highly recommend this company as they went above and beyond. Great work!!”

“i had some pens done for a conference i was attending - i recieved them in a sufficient amount of time - however the quality of the printing on the pens was so bad i was unable to use them and give them out. i contacted your customer service and made a complaint - was asked to send in pics of the poor quality - which i did - but heard nothing back - will not use this service again.. not good enough really”
