“Ordered pens for our guesthouse. The price, quality and service were all 5 star. Great communication. Items arrived very quickly - only 10 days from placing the order to receiving the order; and we are in a rural area! Will definitely use Express Promo again.”

“Express promo are amazing operators, however Aramax freight carriers let down your service. Currently been waiting 15 days for a box of pens.”

“i had some pens done for a conference i was attending - i recieved them in a sufficient amount of time - however the quality of the printing on the pens was so bad i was unable to use them and give them out. i contacted your customer service and made a complaint - was asked to send in pics of the poor quality - which i did - but heard nothing back - will not use this service again.. not good enough really”
