“The website I. Which you order your pens needs updating . Why ? It's not easy to use plus you don't get to see the actual fo t size on the finished product . You are I able to easily enlarge the font size as if I could I would have done so . Extremely disappointed with finished product .”

Hi Mark, Sorry to hear your not happy with you pens. We sent through an approval at 100% scale which you approved so I am unsure about what you mean regarding not being able to see the size on the finished product? I also can't see any correspondence where you have contacted us regarding the issue. Did you get in contact with our team?

“The boldness was too fine and not able to read easily. The attached bold pen is from a previous supplier the other is from express promo. There was no rectification offered”

Hi Jennifer, as per our discussion previously. The pens have been printed as per your logo supplied and as per your approved artwork. We do not know if previous suppliers have edited your logo without being told so. We do not alter logos unless this has been requested. We work with a lot of clients who have very strict brand guidelines that will not allow logo alternations so we treat all clients the same. Should you have advised before approving your artwork that the logo looked thinner then your previous pen, we could have altered to art for you however we don't know to do this if we are not advised.

“The product was good but don't bother paying for express shipping as shipping can not be guaranteed even after added payment for express is paid. Our delivery arrived as the conference was closing.”
