“The quality of the pens and openers was good but I missed the promo offer. It wasn’t clear that I needed to wait to receive the code before the purchase and it went into my spam so I didn’t see it. Express said they couldn’t help me as it took too long to get contact with the representative and my order had shipped. It messed up my plans as I was relying on the promo product to make up my numbers for a specific event. Now I’m unable to take part in the event which is detrimental to my brand. I will not be ordering again.”

Hi Fiona, I'm sorry you missed the promo email. I would recommend contacting our team via phone or email if the code doesn't come through. When you did bring it to our attention after the order was left and was unable to be added.

“Only issue we had was with squishy balls and the print and seems we did not like. However, it was rectified and Express Promo were happy to make changes for our company to appease our needs.”

“We are very pleased with the products we ordered from Express Promo. We were not happy with the courier service as we paid extra for faster delivery and the merchandise did not arrive until 7 business days later. We were told they would be delivered within 2 days. Due to the late delivery, we missed the event we were going to present them at.”

“Service good, communication good. Pens look very classy. The only negative was in the fine print, advertised as 99 cents each & free postage but wasn't until I reached the checkout that GST of $8 was added.”

“Hi, great service, fast and well organised, but, when the box arrived on my doorstep, it looked like it had been used as a football, even the delivery man was a bit concerned, your service was great but maybe have a word to the company that looks after delivering your goods.”
