“I knew broadly what the problem was when I left the car but I was called back quickly to confirm what replacement parts were required to sort it out. The staff at Bridgnorth were very friendly and courteous and sensitive to my concerns about costs. All in all a very good customer experience; thank you.”

“Fantastic service , I called the team to rearrange my mot due to a family emergency they could not have been more helpful. The mot was done quickly and they advised the work needed and quoted very competitively. The work was done to a high standard . I cannot reccomend the team highly enough 10/10 1st class service .”

“They fitted me in quickly. And provided me with a courtesy car. But when my car was serviced they didn't spot the faulty exhaust and my car usually is washed, unfortunately this didn't happen...”
