“The crystal is fine, very interesting looking, but I was disappointed that no description of the Crystal and its properties was included, as I'm giving it as a gift. Also, it would have been nice to have a small stand for it.”

“Arrived quick and safety packaged, not only for the stones but the earth too, always comes with an extra crystal as a gift. Exceptional and beautiful crystals from a very well trusted professionals. I have been a customer here for over five years or more and have collected many beautiful, hard to find and precious pieces and always very happy with my purchases. “Look just like the pictures, very nice and cute packaging. They also gave me a piece of tiger eye as a small gift! However, the clear quartz and rose quartz chip bracelets are a bit tight, but the tourmaline one fits my wrist nicely. That’ll be great if we can choose our sizes so that the products fit our needs better”

“I have been a client of the Exquisite Crystals for many years now. And always I am amazed by the quality of crystals and customer service. I seem to put real care and love into this shop. There are so many fakes on the market nowadays, but I trust Exquisite Crystals provides real good quality stones. Also, I love that most of their products are listed individually with a few photos so I know what I can receive (and not buying blind like in many other on-line sites). All I can say, this is one of a few my go to shops for buying crystals. I definately recommend them.”

“Garnet was opaque. Labradorite was mostly opaque; no light was transmitted through it. I was very disappointed with the quality of all four pieces, especially after how much you brag about yourselves.”

I'm sorry to hear that the quality of the pieces you received was not as expected. Garnet and labradorite spheres tend to be opaque due to the thickness of the material. For more translucent pieces, you might want to consider cabochons or faceted stones. We always strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases, and we offer a 30-day refund policy if you'd prefer not to keep them.

“I couldn’t be happier with exquisite crystals from beginning to end . Firstly the quality and accuracy of their website , - its photos and colors and size details are all exact . The choices of pieces they offer, each one well chosen. The beautiful , careful wrapping of your final purchase's and the free gift to boot!
