“Some crystals were not real. The peridot I got sent was dyed plastic. It was obvious because of how lightweight it was especially compared to my real peridot in the picture on the far right. The smaller piece of real peridot I had from a different vendor weighed more than the bigger pieces I was sent by exquisite.”

Sometimes, textures and weights can feel different in the hand especially in small sizes, which might cause some confusion. Of course, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. “I am not a gemologist and mistakenly believed that the photo of the crystals accurately represented their size. The gems I receivers were tiny in comparison to the crystal I thought I was purchasing.”

“Garnet was opaque. Labradorite was mostly opaque; no light was transmitted through it. I was very disappointed with the quality of all four pieces, especially after how much you brag about yourselves.”

I'm sorry to hear that the quality of the pieces you received was not as expected. Garnet and labradorite spheres tend to be opaque due to the thickness of the material. For more translucent pieces, you might want to consider cabochons or faceted stones. “The crystals really do not meet my expectations, they almost disappear in my hands, and I also do not understand the lack of information about each one. I will return the Chris 191 and 195, too small.”
