“I double and triple checked my order, and checks were still printed with the account number in error, and one number was omitted on the deposit slips. Both were supposed to come from the same account. And when I called their customer service to report the errors, she blamed it all on me and charged me again to do the reorder. Sometimes I wonder if they just make their money on reorders?”

Thank you for providing your feedback. I have reviewed your order and wanted to clarify our process. When a customer places an order online, it is sent directly to our printing presses without human intervention. This means that whatever details are entered on the website are what gets printed.
Our policy is to offer a free reprint in case of errors, as we understand that mistakes can happen. However, for orders over $100, we do ask that the customer pay for half of the reprint cost, along with the shipping and handling.
For future orders, I recommend calling our customer service team before placing an order. This way, we can review all the details with you to ensure everything is correct before it goes to print.
