At this point I would never purchase from EZcontacts again. I found your website from a popular influencer and decided to make a purchase. You clearly state on Your site shipping speed of 3-5 business days. I purchased my glasses well in advance of a trip and two weeks later am still waiting on my product. After calling several times and writing several emails i finally have been issued some sort of “resolution” after threatening to report this business to the BBB. I am really feeling like this business as a whole is a scam.

I would not recommend ordering here. I placed an order for contacts on 02/11/25 and I did not receive them until 03/03/25. It literally took almost a month to receive them. I ended up also having to order from Walgreens and received them in like 2 days. This company is not willing to work with you on a refund, they will just saying that they are checking with the courier. In the end I should have just paid the little extra money to Walgreens in the 1st place and avoided the whole headache.

Affordable contacts. Process was a little confusing though. After uploading my RX, I got a message saying my RX wasn't verified, even though it had all the right info. A few hours later, I got a shipping notification, so I guess it's on the way.

I'm waiting for it to arrive, I just received a track, but I bought the glasses, and I paid for faster delivery. After a day I received information that it would be late, but now the track has arrived. Let's wait
