After ordering my prescription eyeglasses I never received the email confirmation. Now that I write an email asking me for the item they told me that there is a delay, and it will anaribe after the offered time.

A little confused, paid extra to expedite (2 business day option) a week (7 days) is the expected delivery. For an extra $20? I'd like to know the normal expected time..

It took a month to get my order. No communication other than the chats initiated by me. I paid extra for expedited shipping or otherwise it would’ve taken even longer for delivery. For my first time using them, it was disappointing experience and I definitely will not use them again.

EZContacts should stick to contacts because there is no value ordering glasses that you can get in a store in one hour. Why wait 2 weeks for something you can get same day at the store… WZContacts even charges more for overnight / next day but that’s after 2 weeks of making the lenses. Don’t us EZContacts for glasses, big mistake on my part…

When I purchased the glasses they DID NOT say they were on backorder. The next day I was told that they were on back order. My husband need his glasses and I wouldn't have ordered had I know they were back ordered.

Why ask for the information for my Eye doctor and trouble me by asking to upload a prescription? I am here thinking my order has gone through to receive a delay. Ensure that no charges were made for a faster delivery, as this seems to be a growing trend. Hold up a customer's product and then ship it to arrive in 7 days or more and be told that it is because they were waiting for verification. Not cool

I ordered 8 boxes of contacts. Four boxes of -8, four boxes of -9. First shipment they sent me all boxes of -8, and one of -9. Waited a week, emailed asking when the rest will come. Fast response of "3-4 weeks when big order comes in". I wait 5 weeks and email again. "1-2 more weeks". Wait 3 weeks and at this point it's been almost 10 weeks since I placed my order. I request to cancel my remaining boxes and ask for a refund. They reply back with "your order will ship in 48 hours or less". After the 48 hours I send a 2nd request for a refund, and they send me a tracking # for the remaining boxes. When the order finally arrives, I'm still missing a box of contacts. Ask for a refund for that box. While the customer service was quick to respond via email, I will never again use this company simply because of the headache it was to actually get my order.

I ordered contacts and the order went through. But the next day Your company canceled my order, without an explanation. I called my credit card company and they said it was NOT them. For some crazy reason, YOUR company canceled my order. I have since REORDERED again, hopefully it doesn't get canceled again.

They took my order and billed me but now say they don't have the contacts and not sure when they will get them.

The price was affordable and I was able to get my contacts without a problem. The SHIPPING however nearly costed as much as ONE of the boxes and it took more than the "5-7 day" promise and arrived more than nearly 2 weeks AFTER I had made the order.

After paying for expedited shipping, and reviewing the policies (1-2 days to ship, expired shipping delivers 3-5 days after), I expected delivery within a week. I didn't receive my contacts until 18 days later. Some emails I sent got a reply, others did not. They did refund the expedited shipping fee but I still would have been happier if I had been told in the beginning it would take 2 ½ weeks to receive my order instead of being informed I would receive the order my h faster.

EZContacts carries the contacts I need and keeps my prescription on file. My main issue with the company is the pricing policy. I have ordered many times, and each time I have had to search online for promo codes to match my previous orders. EZContacts claims to have a "price match guarantee." However, this does not apply to their own prices. It would make sense for a company to offer repeat customers a break on orders, but EZContacts does not do this. Why make customers continually search to get the best price?

I was disappointed that my contacts took 15 days to arrive from the day I placed my order. This was a problem since I had 10 days of single day sample contacts. Most other companies I have ordered from did not take 15 days to arrive.
