I rated it a 3 because it took over a week for my contact order to be shipped. I am concerned as to why it is taking so long!

Paid for 2 day shipping(19.99)didn't realize it took 2days just to review the order then ship it out. Now it's actually 4days total(or longer)before I receive my contacts...would have appreciated a disclaimer before paying $20 extra for a service that's not actually 2days :(

As stated on our website, orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day, while orders placed after that time begin processing the next business day. Your order was placed on Thursday, February 27th at 4:36 PM EST, which means it was processed on the next business day and shipped out on Monday, March 3rd. This timeline is within our standard processing policy. Additionally, expedited shipping, such as 2-day shipping, speeds up the transit time after the order has been processed and shipped. However, it does not shorten the initial processing time required to prepare and fulfill the order. Order took quite a bit longer than their website states. I was lenient on this timeline but was content with the company response when I emailed asking about my order.

Glasses are perfect. Exactly as described. My problem is the fact that the item was labeled to ship in 3-5 business days. It took over 3 weeks. Ridiculous!

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered glasses/frames from EZContacts and just like my previous purchases (unfortunately), there was a really long shipping delay. I ordered frames that were “in stock” but still waited almost an entire month to receive them. I had to reschedule my optometrist appointment twice because the frames hadn’t reached me. The quality has been good overall - just not a huge fan of waiting so long to receive my items.

I give a 3 because, why yes it was easy to order them online. The fact I paid extra for faster shipping and didn’t get them in the allotted time makes me take away to stars.

Wrong power on contacts sent. Returning for refund and guess I have to pay return shipping on your mistake! WHY?? upload a prescription if you don't/can't follow the prescription settings?? I have reordered new contacts and hope you get it right this time!

This was my second order, and while first one went well this one wasn’t as great. It had been about 2.5 weeks since my order and no update on if it had been processed or shipped. I emailed customer service and it was obvious the order hadn’t been started, it was processed only after me following up which took a long time. They did not offer any apology or option to cancel or refund

The product purchased was not available which resulted in a two week delay waiting on the back order. There was no notice during purchase that the product chosen was not available and would have to be placed on back order. In addition, the product arrival date is past the shipping time frame of the 2 to 3 days option which was purchased.

3 stars for prior order, with no hassles. This order not so impressed. Had to wait two weeks to find out product hadn't been shipped. Called to find out product was out of stock. Attempt to cancel the order prior to shipping only to find out product shipped next day. Calling customer serivce that had no record of email sent. Very frustrated especially since CS will not consider waving $11.95 return fee.

While their contact lens products are priced well, their processing times are ridiculous. It shouldn’t take 9 days for an order to get shipped when it’s just contacts off a shelf.

The initial posting said free shipping and no hidden costs. Charged $9.95 for,shipping which IS NOT FREE. I am a returning customer, seems some consideration should be offered.

I did an online search for a specific brand of eyedrops. EZ Contacts appeared near the top of the search results. The price was not exceptional, but it was available and it was easier for me to purchase it online than to search for it in a store so I did. There was nothing to indicate that it was not in stock or would not be shipped quickly. My credit card was charged immediately. That was Jan 13. After two weeks I phoned to find out why the status of my order was still showing as "processing" on the website. After waiting on hold for more than 10 minutes I was put through to someone who told me that they were out of the product and were waiting to get more before they could fulfill my order. Two weeks later, I received notification that the order had been sent. When I clicked on the product image in the email confirmation to "review order details" I got an error message. But the tracking link to DHL shows that the order is scheduled for delivery on Feb 15. So, assuming it arrives then, they will have processed and fulfilled my order. It will have taken 30 days to receive a package of over-the-counter eye drops. Assuming they are fresh, I will not complain, but I am not inclined to purchase from EZ Contacts again.

The priced ate great. But I had a hard time trying to update my orders from removing too many boxes to removing the shipping cost it automatically adds stuff to jack up the cost. Then wont let me take it off easily.

You get what you pay for. These frames were just so so for me in the quality department. Had i known they were metal frames i would not have purchased. The hinge/screw is strategically placed in my peripheral vision which is a big annoyance. The metal is very pliable not durable at all. These will be thrown in the car for emergency use.
