they offer Free shipping- but at checkout- the "free shipping" option is blocked - not ok !!!

First time ordering my eye glasses online. I usually just get them from eye doctor and pay an outrageous price. Definitely happy with my Ray-Bans. Just placed another order for different color frames.

Customer service was nice, but I am very unimpressed with the weeks long processing time (I ordered non prescription sunglasses on Feb 28 and it just got processed/shipped March 11). Probably won’t buy from here again.

You ask for review which blocks the receipt to be Copied so your sure the transaction has gone through. Prefer you wait 1 minute after the transaction or request review separately

I contacted ez contacts to get a very standard pair of Ray-Ban eyeglasses. It’s been weeks and they have not shipped. They can not provide the service that they are selling and refused me a refund when they haven’t even begun working on my glasses. They said I can return them if I’m unhappy yet I don’t have them. I really wanted this to work . I’ll never buy from them again

Be aware that initial order is teaser discount and future order will be substantially higher cost. Also for supplying personal information for 10% off on initial order this company fails to honor discount.

I selected 2 to 5 day shipping as my frames had been broken and needed replacement frames. My order arrived 21 days later. I may still be waiting if I hadn't stopped the CC charges. After stopping the charges my order shipped 2 days later.Thank you Capital 1 for filling this order promptly!!

To clarify, the delay was due to the frame being out of stock at the time of your order. Once it became available, we shipped it on March 4th, before the chargeback was filed on March 6th. I am grateful for the "cost" of the contacts...however I paid for 3-5 business days and it has been over 7...they have come to my hometown twice in the shipping process and now are in an another entire different state...NOT HAPPY!!!...
