I was not real happy getting an email to receive free shipping after I ordered my contacts. I tried to get it corrected but was told I already had a receive a percentage off of my actual order. I have not received any emails from EZContacts for quite awhile and today I received an email to get free shipping. Where have you been. I have also been bombarded with too many emails now after ordering and today I received 2 emails. I tried to unsubcribe the other day...

Paid for fast shipping. Ordered on the 28th of February and just now getting an email that my contacts are being shipped. Will try somewhere else next time.

It took more than 7 weeks to receive my frames. Although the quality of the frames are good, this waiting time is unnaceptable.

I have so far had a difficult time with EZContacts. Their processing time was not accurate on their website and when I reached out to the first salesperson, she apologized and said she would do everything to expedite the process once the frames came in- bc there was a delay on the frames that was not on the site when I ordered. The lab time was also not clear. When they total up the amount of the glasses, they should total up the time frame. I would have spent a little extra for my local office that had the frames in stock to do them. I hope I like the glasses bc I have yet to receive and it’s almost been a full month.

It took 3 days to process the order and it still hasn't shipped yet. Paid for expedited shipping, rather pointless now. If I'd known it would've taken 3 days to process the order, I would've ordered elsewhere.

I was disappointed in EZ Contacts. I paid an extra $30 for 1-2 day shipping. When I hadn’t received the package 4 days after ordering (and immediately uploading the prescription), I checked and the package hadn’t even shipped yet. I had to spend even more money because my daughter needed her contacts and I’m still waiting to get a response from customer service after both calling and sending an email. The good price isn’t worth it if I end up without contacts for several days.

Honestly disappointed with how long it took to dispatch my shades. The description promises 3-5 day shipping time, and it’s been over a week. I just received a notification saying they’ve been dispatched this morning (10 days after placing the order), so I won’t have them in time for the trip that I purchased them for. I hope they’re cute whenever they arrive!

I bought the product I wanted, but not in the time I was expecting. EZ Contacts said it would ship in 3-5 business days, but did not move for a few weeks. I called about my order two separate times, and both times they said they were out of stock and waiting for the vendor to ship their supply. It’s been a month. Still waiting 🙄

Ordered from here because I had a really bad experience with GlassesUSA but y’all really pushing it. Order not even here yet but it’s not looking good, time-wise. Change my mind EZContacts.

I didn't like the idea of going through the checkout process, paying additional for expedited shipping, being given a delivery 4-5 delivery day window date based on expedited shipping costs, and later sent an email stating delivery of my order would be 6-8 weeks. You owe me reimbursement of those costs.

We make this information readily available on our website, but truly apologize if anything wasn’t clear to you. We'll be glad to assist you if you wish to downgrade your shipping and refund you the cost or make any changes to your order, like changing the color or the frame style to one that we have in stock in our warehouse. It took them seven weeks to process our order. When we first contacted them about the delay, they said the glasses were backordered and they would keep us updated. When we finally emailed to cancel it and order from someone else, they said we couldn't because it was in production. Within four hours of our attempts to cancel, the glasses were shipped. Very fishy.

Pros: Customer service responsiveness and professionalism. Cons: The website sells products not in stock and took exactly 8 weeks to become available. It’s now on the way. If I didn’t have an extra pair of glasses I would have been in trouble.

The eyeglasses I purchased were not finished within the timeframe stated on their website. I asked for a refund due to them not completing my order within the timeframe stated. I was denied a refund and was reassured I would get the glasses within another 3-5 business days. Well, I get an email today saying I’m finally receiving the glasses, but they use DHL, which is notoriously late with deliveries. Overall, it was a very disappointing process through the entire thing. I haven’t even received the glasses yet, but this review was solicited and I felt I should leave a few comments/disappointments.

If it's a law or rule that we need a perscription to buy from you, PLEASE MENTION THAT BEFORE WE GIVE YOU OUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!!!!!!! It seems like a bait and switch to get that far only to be stopped from purchasing to get you our precriptions. AND, within moments of getting to that stage in the purchase process, I received several spam/junk emails?! That tells me you sell our info regardless of whether we buy anything. Goodbye!
