So far I’m not pleased with EZContacts, my order was supposed to arrive today and it only just left their facility and is still awaiting tracking info. I don’t appreciate what appear to be deceptive sales techniques likes saying something is in stock and can get to me in 4 days but it takes 10+.

Product took 3 months to arrive. No update provided by EZContacts after over 4 weeks of delay until I reached out. When finally received the order many many weeks later, I was disappointed with the low quality of the product. Designer frames that cost over $300 with lenses that feel flimsy like $20 drugstore frames. Would not recommend for either customer service (poor) nor for product quality (low).

Ordered contacts and sunglasses. The contacts shipped ok. After two weeks I'm being told the glasses are no longer available and any glasses with 3 - 5 day shipping is not available. Why would it take them 2 weeks to tell me what is going on? Poor service.

I used to be able to afford the glasses, I went to purchase a pair yesterday and they went up so with the add ons they force you to pick. I’ll be looking elsewhere to buy a pair of glasses, if I wanted something expensive I would’ve went to an eye glass store. Sad.

When I ordered my contacts it said in stock. Three days have passed and it still says processing when I called them, I was told the contacts were out of stock for two days and that was the delay. No email or anything to notify me of this. Finally the next day I received an email that contacts were shipped and it takes 5-7 days to receive them. Never again will I order from EZ CONTACTS. Going back to 800 Contacts that ships out the same day and arrive within 1-2 days.

I like the new glasses but I ordered the polycarbonate lenses which I hoped would work for me but I needed to order them in high index so as these are a backup pair i can get by but the high index are a sharper image which I did not know. I was was also hoping there would be more two tone on the lower half but all in all the pricing and value is great.

EZ Contacts rejected my order stating a mismatch of my order and my prescription. There was no mismatch. Attempts to resolve the issue via simple emails were unsuccessful so I had to call Customer Service who were very professional and handled the problem efficiently .

Nice selection, good communication from the vendor. Frames were on backorder so it took a few weeks, only wish I knew that upon checkout. Once received the quality was great and the prescription feels correct and comfortable. Overall 4 stars for selection and quality - removed 1 star for not knowing about the backorder until I emailed them 2 weeks after the order was placed.

Very slow production, and when I reached out to customer service they shared that it can take 7 weeks. Very next day shipping has been updated to on the way. I’ll probably go elsewhere next time
