While the selection and shipping speed are admirable, my biggest complaint is the irregularity of pricing. I have been a customer for several years, and each time I have had to search the Internet to find a discount code that works. I would think that regular customers would be able to have a discount without searching all over the place. The discounts are not consistent. If a person has to search the Internet every time to find a discount, why not just have the discount available on the website? And why not allow regular customers to have a discount automatically applied?

Price is great, but delivery is not. I purchased an item expecting it to be delivered in 3-5 days. A week after it wasn’t even shipped. I sent two messages with no response, then I used the chat to contact them and by coincidence right after the chat the item was shipped. Expect to have it in a week.

Decent prices for contact lenses, but slow to ship. Paid $10 for shipping and had to wait 9 days before the order was actually shipped out.

We understand how important timely delivery is, especially for contact lenses, and regret that your order didn’t arrive sooner. Because our fulfillment center was closed for Passover, we sent several advance notices via email and website banners asking customers who needed their order quickly to place their orders by April 11. Your order was placed on April 12, just after that cutoff, so it entered our processing queue once we reopened. The $9.95 shipping fee is for the shipping time, not the processing time. We know this explanation does not erase the delay, and we sincerely appreciate your patience. If there is anything we can do to help, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

The fact that this company charges $9.95 for shipping is unfortunate. There is no way it costs that much to mail the item so it's obvious the company is trying to pick up extra dollars here.

EZ Contacts rejected my order stating a mismatch of my order and my prescription. There was no mismatch. Attempts to resolve the issue via simple emails were unsuccessful so I had to call Customer Service who were very professional and handled the problem efficiently .

I purchased the same style sunglasses I already own, in a different color. My existing pair was direct from Ray-Ban, but this pair of State Street sunglasses came to me from here with prescription lenses. I knew the style would look great, so I have no issues whatsoever with the Ray-Ban frames. My issue is that the prescription lenses EZContacts put in are so small within the frame holes that they audibly jiggle and make noise when doing anything whatsoever with the sunglasses. Into the case-jiggle jiggle. Out of the case-jiggle jiggle. I can only suspect they’ve been cut too small, as my RayBan direct pair certainly do not do this. Nor does any pair of glasses or sunglasses I’ve ever owned. I suspect they’ve will perpetually be that pair that has lenses that fall out.
