Hi Roanne we are one of the fastest in the industry and take around 2 weeks to get them to you. I am sorry you feel this is too long to manufacture and send a customized product for you.

Hi Maarten we dont believe we are expensive at all. We have successfully treated you for $2149 in 2020 and now you need to buy retainers to maintain your smile. We are very comparable with all our major competitors and well below if you were getting from a dentist or orthodontist.
