“Sound product quality. Happy with the service received despite no phone line for us to call, online chat is still responsible during working hours. It would be good to provide some weekend assistance especially since most of us who have a day job will mainly install our beds at a weekend.”

“Not happy with this bed, the instructions were not clear, there were pieces that I could not install without creating holes that were on the instructions but not in the item. The ladder could not be properly screwed into the bed as the brackets were bent too far outwards to make it into the wood. The support is terrible and the pieces the mattress lays on were extremely weak(cannot even have a normal size adult sit on it without it bending/creaking), likely it won't be long until it breaks. For the price I am extremely unhappy, not only with the bed but with the Mattress also, poor quality, extremely thin/flimsy. Will never shop with EzSpace again.”

“Very good bed. Strong and good quality. Some of the instructions are wrong and some pieces were numbered incorrectly but we were able to work it out. One of the metal desk arms arrived bent from the courier but it still was able to be put together fine but the desk is hard to push in or out. We don’t use that function so it’s all good. I would buy again. My son loves his room.”

“Service was excellent. The bed itself is great. But I was provided with parts that were the wrong size, including the boards for the base which were way too big. And there were also parts missing, such as bolts and nuts.”

“Really hard to assemble. Some holes were not in the right places in the planks, and needed to drill new holes. Took two guys >10hours to put together. Eventually the structure was completed and felt solid. For the price one pays, it could have come with better instructions. Ie. labelling the planks individually.”
