“The quality of this product is great & it is heavy duty, no complaints about that, I would give that part a 5 out of 5 but the only reason I marked a 4 is because you do have to be good at DIY to put this together. It took us about 10 hours to put together the loft bed, stairs & the bed under the desk. The boxes are very heavy so you do need 2 people to put it together. The instructions are not the best, because although they are numbered in the booklet there wasn't any numbers on the parts. I relied on measuring the parts & screws against the index on the front of the page. You are supplied with a tool & box of screws but you do need a drill. Once set up, this is a great space saving piece of furniture with a good quality finish.”

“Wall bed had one major part constructed incorrectly making part of its functionality inoperable. Desk height advertised as being 70cm high is actually 52cm high meaning it's useless as a desk.”

“DO NOT BUY!!! This has been a nightmare from beginning to end. I received 2 separate instruction booklets, both of them out of date and incorrect. They're also barely in English. Customer service has denied any accountability, has no number and not offered any compensation. I will now need to throw out a massive half constructed bed.”
