HI, I have recieved part of my order but have still not received the mattress. I have not had a chance to build the bed yet so can not leave a comment on quality etc.

The wall bed is great, and the customer service was helpful. But delivery man dropped it off in front of the carport without notifying us or ringing the bell, even though we were home. This was quite inconvenient.

4months for my order to be only partially delivered, escalations are not actioned & communication are all lies.

We’re happy with the wallbed - it’s solid and reliable. There were some delays and issues with the courier, but it was worth the wait.

Whilst the ordering process and customer service has been great the rest of the process has been a nightmare. I ordered the Nobu wall bed with desk and latex mattress. Unsure what happened but apparently they "lost" my order somewhere. EzSpace sent me a tracking number that didn't work and the next thing I knew the courier company advised it was being delivered that day. No warning from EzSpace. It was finally delivered on 12 September with several boxes torn. It was so heavy I was unable to carry it into my apartment and had to bring in help from neighbours. If you live alone beware b/c the parts are too heavy for one person. I was so excited and arranged for a professional to assemble the bed for me at a cost of $600 plus GST. During assembly it was discovered that the bed they sent was incorrect - I ordered a vertical and they sent a horizontal bed. So since 16 September I have a room full of EzSpace parts and no idea when the correct parts will be delivered. They are saying early October but that could mean any time. They are yet to agree to pay for the installer to come out a second time due to their delivery error so let's see how that plays out. I'm so disappointed as the reviews for these guys was really good. The saving grace in all this has been the customer service team. They have responded quickly although they have no power over any decisions like getting the payment for the second installation, but they are polite and quick to respond.

I purchased the mo loft, and it fits perfectly in my room. It has transformed my space into a multifunctional area and saved me enough money to buy a study desk as well. The product is fantastic, and I absolutely love it! I also used the installer they recommended—super efficient, and the pricing was incredibly affordable!

I am very happy with my purchase of a long single verticle wall bed. It arrived well before expected and the delivery man was very obliging. The bed is of good quality and exactly suits my needs

The final product looks great but there are a few cosmetic damages which we've been compensated for. Overall experience is good. Shipping can be improved, the courier needs to improve their communication skills. Customer service from EZSpace is all good.

I absolutely love this armchair! It's incredibly well-made, providing full support for my back and waist. Sitting in it feels like being on a cloud, yet it's perfectly supportive. Def worth the price!!!

Customer service has got to be the worst! For an online only company, they sure seem to have way too much red tape and "other departments" to deal with for every interaction. The Customer Support team seem completely powerless.
