“My bro and I each bought this loft bed for our shared dormitory. As college students and dedicated computer gamers, we were in search of something with an integrated desk. The assembly of the first bed took roughly five hours, while the second was up in about three hours. Having just completed the assembly, we're thrilled with the outcome! The beds are impressively sturdy def the dream of every college student! It offers ample storage and truly brightens our room!”

“While the actual wall bed itself is a good product, I also had a top-shelf unit that had one of the main panels cracked in transit, crack was more than cosmetic as it appeared to extend halfway through the panel. The instructions that came with the products did not match the product and the pictures on the website of the storage unit did not match what I got. While there is a message on the website, that I did not initially see at the point of order that says that pictures may not match the product accurately, I can understand some differences in small details but not an entirely different product. The same picture appeared in my order summary email and surely you can expect that the picture in an order summary email would match what you are actually getting (and there was no disclaimer in the email). You guys really need to manage your website better and have more accurate representations of what I am getting, its very misleading, especially in an order confirmation email and the disclaimer really doesn't cut it I have been to and fro with customer support for over 2 weeks trying to get a replacement and they finally advise me that they actually had no top storage (the product in my order summary picture) units in stock. I then opted to just get a refund on the top shelf unit as I was not satisfied with not getting the product I thought I ordered and it's just taking too long to get a resolution. The refund is currently outstanding as your customer service team is awaiting advice on what refund to offer me as it was part of a combo, I would like whatever refund I get to take into account the inconvenience of the whole situation.”

“Unfortunately the wall bed is missing key parts and one part is faulty. Discovered this during the installation on Sunday and still waiting for a response from product team four days later. So I can’t review the product. My experience so far has been poor and although I planned to purchase the loft bed, I don’t think I’ll buy from EzSpace. I will say the support response was fast but unfortunately not helpful. Will see how we go…”

“Nice organised design. However putting it together was a nightmare. The numbers on the pieces dont match the numbers in instructions. Doing the ladder on the other side was difficult because they've just mirrored it to the left. So the holes dont match up. Ger a builder. It took almost 2 weeks to do”

“Lovely well made bed, good quality and feels v sturdy. My daughter loves it. Not too hard to fit together - i managed it on my own, with a bit of help from my son. “Really happy with all aspects of our wallbed. I was really impressed with the customer service at this company, quite apart from the brilliant nobe wall bed we purchased from them which has transformed my office into a spacious, versatile place where visitors can stay in a really comfortable bed that can be hidden away between visits so that I can join Teams meetings and Zoom calls for my business from a room that really looks like my office and without the embarrassment of a bed in the background. The installation went smoothly, and the mechanism is very strong, so it made me confident in the longevity of what we had purchased. I’m really happy with it.”
