“bought 3 timesfrom ezspace over the past 2 years ( bunk beds, mattresses, trundle bed). Only received 1 damaged item and the replacement was delivered within 2 weeks after reporting this to customer service. Jen was really helpful in finding the record of my order and organising delivery of the replacement at a date suits us. I would use ezspace again and definitely recommend to others.”

“The instructions received with the bed (and the same ones that were emailed to me) did not match the pieces supplied. The drawers for all pieces were different and there were no instructions for the keyboard holder. Many of the holes for the drawer runners did not line up either and despite having the drawer runners for the desk as far back as possible, the drawers do not fit under the desk so it can't slide all the way under the bed.”

“The estimated arrival time was much longer than advertised. However it Is appreciated COVID probably impacted. We have received the delivery, but cannot put together and use item. It appears that we have missing sections of the bed. Assembly instructions were not the greatest to work from, consuming my time to learn in a. Do anything with pieces missing.”

“Really happy with the bed suite and although a lot to put together, it’s worth it for the end product. For your future reference, a number of the pieces were incorrectly numbered however we were able to work it out through a bit of trial and error and comparing back to the manual. One thing we would suggest you think about/would be helpful, is to know which pieces are in which box; we received boxes 1 through to 6 but sometimes the items we needed were difficult to locate in which box. This could have been exacerbated by the fact that some of the pieces were numbered incorrectly. Anyway, something to think about.”

“We received our bed and mattress delivery and so many parts were missing. The booklet that explained how to set up the bed was completely incorrect with part numbers incorrectly labelled. The entire process from ordering, waiting 3 months for delivery for then the product to be damage and missing pieces and then a complete disaster to install was a nightmare. Won't be purchasing from this place every again and would recommend people avoid.”
