Great design - terrible production and support. The bed had missing parts, production damage, missing holes, and incorrect fittings. I've been going back and forth with support for weeks. There was a fundamental floor with the bolts provided being too big for the trundle bed to fit under the loft bed. The steps don't fit flush, and are wobbly and dangerous.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. Not sure what to say. The packages were all dumped out in the open. They were ripped at the ends and one in the middle. I didn’t take photos I just got on with it. And after multiple trips to Bunnings I have now got the bed built. It took me a whole day as Bunnings is an hour round trip each time Really disapointing

This is the 3rd time I’ve used EZspace. So professional with a fantastic easy to use web site. Prices, product range and quality will not be beaten. The girls from their customer service are so pleasant and helpful if you need any support from them which is brilliant. I will definitely use them again . Keep up the great work . Excellent company to deal with. The delivery was spot on, no complaints at all. Very friendly and courteous.The bed is really nice when put together. My little boy can’t wait to sleep in it. Would definitely recommend and useagain.

Bed arrived super quick although was missing one carton customer service were amazing at resolving and having missing carton delivered in a timely manner. Bed was easy enough to assemble and my son loves it

There is no issue with the quality of the product or the beautiful colour we have chosen, however, the instalment instructions could be better - they are tiny and difficult to read. Plus, the instructions we received and the instructions on the website are different (different screw sizes in several of the diagrams). In addition, the front white panel we received had pre-drilled holes in the wrong place and we are now waiting on this to be replaced. So, I am disappointed in the overall assembly process and now waiting for the new panel to be sent.

I bought a bunk bed and it came on time. The kids love the bunk bed. One of the panels was damaged and I contacted the customer team. Amiee was really helpful and sent a replacement. I must say the customer service was spot on.

Delivery has been terrible. You really need to provide official feedback to them as their communications and service has been very poor. They don't even have a phone number to contact them to try and sort out issues, I have to wait for email responses which take too long to respond to. I invite you to investigate further - Order #2046, Border Express #ILSR29784228 Your product seems good although lead time is very long.

The wrong pieces were sent to us. We contacted EzSpace about the issue as soon as it became apparent that the size and shape of the pieces did not match the instructions to make the wardrobe. Weeks pass with more excuses requiring us to spend many many hours photographing and measuring pieces so we could prove it was the wrong product. I would not recommend purchasing product from this company to anyone.
