“Although fabric was ok the way that it was packed wasn't. The fat quarter bundle had all been taken apart the card from it all folded up the ribbon holding what was supposed to hold bundle just chucked in and the fabric all creased.”

We tend to unpack the bundles when we post them because they will fit through your letter box. If they are sent out as a tied bundle they don't always fit and parcels that are left by the front door sometimes go missing.
We undo the ties and open the fat quarters, lay them flat and package them.
I understand your frustration at the creases in the material, the majority of these will have been caused by the folding from the supplier.
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us as long as it has not been washed or cut.
