“Απαράδεκτοι, δυο βδομαδες και απο την ημέρα που έκανα την παραγγελία, προσπαθω να τους βρω στο τηλεφωνο και βγαινει ηχογραφημενο οτι δεν λειτουγει το τηλεφωνικο κεντρο την ωρα που καλω... ενω καλω τις ωρες που γραφει στο site, εχω στειλει μηνυματα με mail, στο facebook και στο instagram οπου απαντησαν μετα απο 6 μερες με ειρωνια οτι δεν ξερω να μετραω ποσες εργασιμες εχουν περασει... και παραλληλα μου ειπαν οτι η παραγγελιες κανουν απο 1-3 εβδομαδες... ενω στο site αναγραφει 7-12 εργασιμες... στο μεηλ της παραγγελιας μου βεβαια εγραφε 6-8 εργασιμες... παντου ψεματα ... προσοχη και μακρια”

“After a month of waiting, the package still hasn't arrived and there is no indication when it might arrive. I wrote to all possible contacts, for them the customer is in the last place!
Customer service useless and not at all friendly. The store works in such a way that they keep your money for months while you wait for the goods - free credit. You NEVER pay in advance!

“Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση!Με κοροϊδεύουν και δεν μου λένε υπεύθυνα που βρίσκεται η παραγγελία μου την οποία έχω προπληρώσει!Στο σάιτ λέει εντός 7-12 εργάσιμων ημερών έρχεται το πακέτο! Έκανα παραγγελία 18/9/23 και έως και σήμερα 5/10/23 δεν έχω το πακέτο και δεν μου απαντάει κανείς υπεύθυνα που βρίσκεται και πότε θα παραλάβω.Ποτέ ξανά από το συγκεκριμένο καταστημα”

I have sent an email regarding a paid order regarding the time of delivery, I wrote that if it gets late I will cancel, the answer I got was ok it is cancelled! Without getting my final permission on that and without a reply with the estimated delivery time. When I called the same lady answered and told me you will not tell me what I have to do and was rude! I asked for a superior and she said she was the one. I hope this way someone superior will step in.”

Concerned, attentive, polite staff that are dedicated to helping their customers. It is comforting to know that the doctors have instilled dignity and respect onto their staff who in turn pass it on to the patients. Using the website is very easy and I can contact the doctor by calling or sending a message through my patient portal. My phone call lasted less than minutes. Phyllis was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, quick and friendly. She solved my issue. It was quick and painless. I called again a few months later and was instantly taken care of immediately by Beth and quickly got everything settled! Very satisfied and I will certainly come back when I need more medication and supplements.”
“Έχω κάνει 3 παραγγελίες από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα, και ειλικρινά δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα ούτε στην παράδοση που γινόταν σε 5-6 μέρες, ούτε στην πληρωμή.
Οι τιμές είναι πολύ καλές και τα κομμάτια ήρθαν και τις 3 φορές σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση με τα νούμερα που είχα επιλέξει, τα οποία εφαρμόζονταν σωστά πάνω μου.
Για κάποιον που δεν θέλει να ξοδέψει το μισό του το εισόδημα σε υποτίθεται τεράστιας ποιότητας ρούχα είναι μια πολύ καλή επιλογή.
Συστήνω το κατάστημα και σε άλλους γιατί είχα μια άρτια εξυπηρέτηση και θα ψωνίσω από εδώ και την επόμενη φορά.
Θα έβαζα 5 αστέρια αλλά νομίζω ότι το τέλειο είναι δυσεύρετο και σε κάθε περίπτωση δεν θέλω να υπερβάλλω.”
