I spoke to Richard a number of times prior to ordering and he persuaded me to use a different cable for my project. This not only saved me around £30.00 and a great deal of extra work it has also confirmed he has his clients best interests at heart. I will now use his wonderful company in the future and would be happy to direct other customers to his site. The postage was quick and well packaged and arrived in a couple of days from me placing my order.

“After suffering poor wifi reception on Caravan Club sites.....I thought I would take a chance on this product......It was a low cost and I must admit, did not expect to much...delivery was quick and I was pleased at the quality of this antenna....fitting was easy and secure of side of caravan with suction cups which hold very well... It was easy to install software and as soon as I selected wifi on my laptop I found a send section ....WIFI 2..... I could see the difference in the two signals at the Club site....original just 3 bar strength and WIFI 2 full strength.....I connected to the new connection and whoopee !!! So Pleased....better than I ever expected, also listed all signals in area.....It's a little gem......I can not praise this antenna enough.....Fantastic !!!”
“I have used Faculty-X a couple of times now and have found the service to be very good. I have contacted for advice and always had a fast response and the advice comes across as genuine and not trying to "over-sell" products or specs that you don't actually need. “This is the second time of ordering these units. The first time I just could not get my head around it and couldn't get to work as intended more NE than the items. Asked for a refund and there was no quibble, excellent service.
This time with more knowledge ordered the units plugged in and hey presto working first time so great, very good strength in back of house where there was a dead spot. Now in the process and working up the garden to see how the signal strength is.
Overall thoroughly recommend this product (after online research good reviews) and also using Faculty-X was very good value. Cheers..”
“Wireless signal not particularly strong, manages to get through one cavity wall but no more. Not tried the encryption since not in a vulnerable location. Happy with the basic configuration.”
