“Ordered goods 28/9 and paid for express delivery, followed up on 1/10 - no response. Chased up on 5/10 and asked for it to be sent UPS and offered to pay more for the service, assured it would be sent UPS. Advised 8/10 no stock alternative offered and approved. Get notification 14/10 sent by Auspost not UPS. Tried the tracking number provided it's not even trackable. Meanwhile I ordered the part off another supplier on the 14th, sent on 15th and received on 18th.”
