“Customer service was horrendous. They deleted social media, disconnected their phones and stopped replying to emails. I and many other people are still awaiting orders that they have not shipped or contacted about regarding this. If I cancel my order it’ll incur a 10% fee (+admin fees IF they allow a cancellation) on something THEY are failing to provide but if leave the order I may not get anything or I can hope and pray it turns up??”

“Faf auto does not send their products on time and fails to inform the customer when a product is on back order unless you email them multiple times, they are not on top of shipping and weren’t even aware that part of my order wasn’t even shipped, after admitting this they have stopped replying to emails altogether, they are unable to and don’t care to do business properly.”

“Ordered goods 28/9 and paid for express delivery, followed up on 1/10 - no response. Chased up on 5/10 and asked for it to be sent UPS and offered to pay more for the service, assured it would be sent UPS. Advised 8/10 no stock alternative offered and approved. Get notification 14/10 sent by Auspost not UPS. Tried the tracking number provided it's not even trackable. Meanwhile I ordered the part off another supplier on the 14th, sent on 15th and received on 18th.”

Took over a month to arrive as well, not entirely their fault but the bits that were ready could have been dispatched and the rest of the order could have been sent when it was ready.”
