“I would like to say that I was very impressed with the whole experience for start to finish, the initial visit to discuss my needs, the survey, visiting the showrooms and the final installation. Everyone was very professional, friendly and helpful. I have to make special mention of Sean and Will who installed the doors and windows. They were efficient, but left nothing undone, explained what they were doing and left the house as they found it. I would highly recommend Fairco to anyone.”

“From the moment I contacted Fairco to the completion of my window installation, the courtesy, response & service provided was second to none. From the team members who visited, including the Surveyor, they were knowledgable ,professional & informative. Tony & Jordan are in a league of their own. They arrived on time, covered the required areas with dust sheets, worked tirelessly & cheerfully & left the place spotless each evening . I cannot rate the staff I have dealt with highly enough. Well done to Fairco for having such amazing staff. I have no hesitation in recommending you to friends & family. Many thanks. Marianna”

“Poor service (fitting - the earlier service was great). They fitted the door with a piece of soft wood underneath, which was inappropriate for use on the floor. They promised to come back and address several items, which they never did. Very disappointed with the service, but the door itself is great.”

“From First contact with the Fairco team, we were confident that we would receive the expected service and installation . We weren't disappointed. Your Company is, from our experience, one of the best. Courteous Knowledgeable Respectful (both to us and our property) Time Managed Pleasant ( no matter which member of staff we spoke too) All of the above has resulted in two very happy customers, who would have no hesitation in recommending Fairco in the future. “I would like to leave a 5 star review for my experience with Fairco. From my first initial meeting with Ellie when I walked in to look around your showroom in Santry. Ellie was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and that was the start of my experience. Then Matthew came to my home to discuss what I was looking for and couldn't have been more helpful. I got my windows and doors done and am completely happy with them. Shane in the Insulations team was in contact with me a few times and then the crew themselves that fit my windows and doors, Paddy, Stephen, Michael and Roman were truly amazing. They were to arrive between 8-10am and were sitting outside my house well before 8am and ready to start. Paddy confirmed the details of the installation with me in accordance with the survey document that I had signed off on. They started by laying down dust sheets, not just on the floors but on furniture and beds and when each day was done, you wouldn't even know they'd been there, only for the fact that I had new windows & doors. The fitting team then demonstrated all the locking systems for both windows and doors and left me with 5 sets of keys and keys for all downstairs windows. Paddy walked me around the installation when they had finished at the end of day two and answered any questions I had. I am over the moon with my windows and doors. Thank you to all concerned, we are very happy and would highly recommend Fairco to anyone looking for fantastic products and amazing customer service from start to finish.”

“No issues here the 2 Gentlemen called at the appointed time very friendly and efficient ,job done in a couple of hours , they cleaned up and left the place very clean and dust free.Very happy with the new door fitted and would recommend your company for future work”

“I just wanted to write and say thank you - Kevin came out at the end of last week and he sorted out the issue with the window there and then, it took him a while to get it the way wanted it, but he was brilliant, he persevered until it was just right. Top class customer service from Fairco. Thorough. Detailed. Efficient. In Fairco, you do what you say you will do, that's been my experience from start to finish and it's very much appreciated.”
