“Excellent customer service from the moment we walked into the showroom. Engineer who came to the house had some additional ideas which we took up. The instillation was about four weeks from the engineers visit. The two installers where polite, clean and very friendly, they knew exactly what they were doing. They left the area clean, taking rubbish with them. Would we return to Fairco for more work..? Yes!”

“From the 1st contact to the completion of the work, I was kept informed all the way through the progress. The Sales Rep was friendly and informative. I was told the job would take 2 days to install the new guttering system, which it did. 3 installers arrived as stated, carried out the installation and left my premises in a neat and tidy state. I would highly recommend Fairco.”

“Everything ran smoothly from initial contact to the rep and surveyor visiting to measure my door. My contact Dean couldn't have been more helpful and provided valuable advice. The installation team was efficient and friendly and did a fantastic job. I'm delighted with the new door and would use Fairco again for any door or window needs.”

“We got six windows and a door installed in two days. From start to finish communication was top class. Jack in the showroom was very helpful and had good suggestions for the design of our large window. The installation team were focused on getting it right first time, and did an efficient and tidy job. Would definitely recommend Fairco”

“We got French Doors and a Composite Door with side panel and couldn’t be happier. Victor and Frank installed them and couldn’t be more professional. They worked from the time they arrived straight through lunch and left the place spotless, 100% would recommend Fairco, and will definitely be using them again.”

“Fairco did a big job for us last week - 24 windows in total, a mix of sash and picture. They did a fantastic job. The team was so professional. They arrived punctually every day, were extremely courteous, tidy, cautious around the furniture and watchful that our pet was safe at all times. I could not recommend them highly enough. The sales staff, surveyor and installation team are a credit to the company. The owner Jim Toal deserves a clap on the back - he runs a good show. They finished on time and I would highly recommend them. We are thrilled with the job.”

“Marcus and Oscar did an EXCELLENT job fitting our French Doors. Our existing wood trims around the old doors were reinstated. Great attention to detail, great workmanship and very friendly service. We had all our windows replaced by Fairco back in 2015 and they’re still as good as new. I highly recommend Fairco for quality doors & windows and workmanship.”

“Marcis and Oscar were fantastic. Arrived on time worked without stop until the job was done. Finished job to a high standard even saving window cills we thought would have to be replaced. Left the work site in perfect immaculate condition. They were very professional and polite.”

“We are really delighted with our Fairco French doors installed in January 2024. They look great, are low maintenance and provide us with great security and peace of mind. The installers did a wonderful job fitting them and finishing off the surrounds, not easy in a period house with no straight walls. It was a pleasure to deal with Fairco from the very start, from pleasant and helpful showroom staff and salespeople to expert surveyors and fitters. Every part of the process and the expected timeframes was explained to us at the beginning and everything happened according to schedule. We would not hesitate to recommend Fairco to our friends and neighbours. Thanks so much to you all for such a great job.”
