“The people who work here are so helpful and make you feel at ease in such a stressful time I suffer from depression and anxiety but they made easier for me to deal with, I can't thank them enough. “Faith Financial were brilliant. Feeling very vunerable and embarrassed about our financial difficulties Faith Financial were very professional in how they dealt with everything, nothing was too much trouble and were very patient in dealing with all matters concerned. They were very easy to talk to which made me feel very comfortable and in no way did they ever make me feel inadequate for getting into such a worrying predicament over money matters. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Faith Financial to anyone in financial difficulties.”

“Their rep was very helpful, knowledgable & friendly. He walked me through everything I needed to do/provide and explained everything at each step. To be honest I had needed to do this for a long time but had always neen put off by the enormity of the undertaking, however, with their help it all went smoothly and very quickly was completed. Many thanks to Amin & Faith Financial.”

“I dealt with a gentleman named Nanna. He was absolutely amazing throughout the process. Helpful, patient, took the time to explain anything. He was always quick to get back to me, very thorough. Excellent customer service, knew the answers to all my questions. Clearly very good at his job. He should be very appreciated member of your team.”

“I found the whole proses from start to finish straight forward and stress free. The staff talk you though each step ( mine being Amin who was brilliant)) A Everything is explained and your treated like a human not a convict or robot . I could recommend Faith to anybody in a financial mess who want it sorting out quickly and professionally by someone who actually cares.”

“Faith Financial are thoroughly professional, dedicated and helpful. I found them a pleasure to deal with. When needing assistance of this nature, it is important to know that you can trust someone, at least it was for me. Their explanations are easy to follow, their recommendations are excellent. All in all I would not hesitate to use them again, although I pray I never have to.”
