“I can not recommend faith financial enough! Its been hard as of late worrying about money. Its also been a very difficult year. Now I can rest easy and not worry about my finances. Great service and great employees who are understanding and extremely helpful.”

“It was an excellent service assisted me and explain everything to me in a way that I could understand the staff were very polite end hard working after all the hard work I was excepted for. IVA I would like to mention in particular Cilla. Excellent customer service I cannot thank her enough. and I’ll be more than happy to recommend any of my friends and family for the service”

“Very pleased with the service. I put myself in a situation where I didnt see a way out from. One night I decided to search over the internet and I found Bobby. I am very uncomfortable to talk on the phone at first and there was an email option , which made me way more comfortable . Once came to phone talk I was so calm and confident. First I didn't wanna go ahead but thank you so much Bobby for not giving up on me. You are a star. The best thing I could get myself into. He sorted everything out for me. Whenever I had a question he was always there for me. Very polite and understanding. My IVA was approved and only can thank to him because he did most of the work. Cannot thank you enough Bobby. I would highly recommend them because they will be there for you whenever you need them and will never make you feel bad for a minute.”

“Cilla and Hannah were so good to deal with. When your at your lowest you don't need judgement just help and advise. Cilla was great in that because of working shifts she allowed me to send all info via email,understood when i did'nt respond immediately . As a novice at emailing etc she put me at my ease. Faith Financial are lucky to have her!. Hannah to was fantastic,due to anxiety i hate speaking on the phone but when i got tongue tied or stressed because i could'nt answer straight away Hannah just had patience to wait and listen. Yes i know its their job and they need custom but believe me they went above and beyond to see me to a clearer future. Explaining everything in detail and giving me the option to back out should i choose to do so. At my point of life and amount of debt i was struggling to see a way forward. Life should be much better now and thats worth a million thank you's to those kind ladies.x”
