“Very happy with my experience with Famous Footwear. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online with one being too small. I stopped by Mt Gravatt store to exchange for a bigger size and it was simple and easy even though I didn’t have my receipt (unsure if that comes with the shoes when delivered?).”

“The discount was great, but one of the sandal straps are more loose than the other one. Seems like it was used as a display shoe ... And I only noticed this after wearing them out so I can't return them now.”
